The essence of the "agency to learn" of SCA is to let students grasp the underlying ability of learning, with an emphasis on the relevance, interest and challenge of the subjects content. SCA takes thinking training as the starting point to cultivate concentration, observation, and memory of the students, incorporating thinking cultivation into the curriculum construction.
